SERGEANT JOSEPH GOGO - SUPERVISOR ADVISOR
Sergeant Joseph Gogo (#233) has been with OPD since May 2016 and worked 2nd shift Patrol until August 2020. Since then, Sergeant Gogo has been a 2nd Shift Supervisor and has been an Explorer Advisor since 2021. Sergeant Gogo was also a School Resource Officer for Oshkosh North High School during his four years on Patrol. Prior to working for the Oshkosh Police Department, Sergeant Gogo worked for University Wisconsin-Oshkosh Police Department as well as Houston Police Department (Texas). He obtained his Bachelor's Degree from Hawaii Pacific University.

OFFICER CODY RUKAMP - LEAD ADVISOR
Officer Cody Rukamp (#436) has been with OPD since October 2016 and currently works 3rd Shift Patrol. Officer Rukamp has been an advisor for the Explorer Post since February 2019. He is a member of the Child Abduction Response Team, Bike Patrol Team, Mobile Field Force, and a Field Training Officer. Officer Rukamp obtained his Bachelor's Degree from UW-Oshkosh and attended the Recruit Academy at FVTC. Officer Rukamp is currently serving in the Wisconsin Army National Guard where he is a Sergeant for a Transportation Unit.

OFFICER RYNE SCOPP - ADVISOR
Officer Ryne Scopp (#440) has been with OPD since February 2017 and currently works 2nd Shift Patrol. Officer Scopp has been an advisor for the Explorer Post since Summer 2018. He is currently a member of the OPD Bike Patrol Team, Mobile Field Force, Crash Investigation Teams as well as a Field Training Officer. Officer Scopp obtained his Bachelor's Degree from UW-Oshkosh and attended the Recruit Academy at FVTC.

OFFICER SARAH PAUER - ADVISOR
Officer Sarah Pauer (#429) has been with OPD since Spring 2016 and currently works 3rd Shift Patrol. Officer Pauer has been an advisor for the Explorer Post since February 2019. She is currently a Field Training Officer for new Officers. Officer Pauer obtained her Bachelors Degree from UW-Oshkosh. Officer Pauer also coaches basketball for Oshkosh West High School

OFFICER ZACHARY WILKENS - ADVISOR
Officer Zachary Wilkens (#438) has been with OPD since January 2017 and currently works 2nd Shift Patrol. Officer Wilkens has been an advisor for the Explorer Post since February 2019. He is a member of the Child Abduction Response Team, Mobile Field Force, a Field Training Officer as well as a certified instructor within the Police Department. Officer Wilkens obtained his Bachelor's Degree from UW-Whitewater and attended the Recruit Academy at FVTC. While attending UW-Whitewater, Officer Wilkens was a CSO as well as a Police Explorer for the City of Whitewater.
